Calvary BC to celebrate Black History
Calvary Baptist Church will present a Black History Celebration, “A Legacy of Strength, A Future of Hope,” at 3 p.m. Sunday, February 25. A special presentation called “Linked By A Dream” will recognize Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. who was assassinated 50 years ago this year in Memphis, Tenn.

Clarksbury continues Lenten series
Clarksbury United Methodist Church in Hardyville will hold its second Lenten Lunch service on Wednesday, February 28, beginning at noon. These services will continue on each Wednesday through March 28.


Immanuel BC plans ‘First Prom’ for ages 55 and older
Immanuel Baptist Church in Saluda will hold a “First Prom” for ages 55 and older on Saturday, February 17. There will be fun, dinner, door prizes, photos, games and choosing a king and queen.
