Betty Jo Sandman to be honored
This Sunday, May 2, following the 11 a.m. worship service at Saluda Baptist Church, there will be a reception honoring Betty Jo Sandman. Mrs. Sandman has been a fixture in the Middlesex community for many years and is the widow of Rev. William Sandman, who was the pastor at Saluda Baptist for many years.

Church pastor Rev. Arthur K. Roane will deliver the morning worship service. The afternoon service will begin at 3 p.m. with Rev. Austin Jones Jr., pastor of Ridgeway Baptist Church, Buckingham County. His congregation, choir and ushers will join him. Dinner will be served following the morning worship.
